Chicago News: Mayor Daley not to Run for Re-election

Politics is not my cup of tea but yesterday Mayor Daley announced that he will not seek re-election in 2010. He was quoted as sayin "it's time for me, its time for Chicago to move on". I think Chicagoans have been trying to move on for many years now without success. He's been in office for 21 years!!!!!!! He's the only mayor I've ever seen in office (im 23 yrs old) and I never thought I'd see the day (serious face)! I didn't think it was a big deal until I started to ask myself what's next for Chicago? What do my fellow Chicagoans think? Corruption is the first thing that comes to my mind, who'll have the highest bid for the seat.............
